Land Description

This offering consists of two wooded recreational tracts of land located in Rapides Parish Louisiana, near the towns of Effie and Deville. Tract A is 167+/- Acres, and Tract B is 115+/- Acres. These tracts are a Hardwood mix of small and medium size timber, and offer great deer, and small game hunting as well as fishing opportunities. There is Access to power to the Parcel A tract from Monroe Wilson Road. The land is surrounded by thousands of acres of timberland to provide excellent wildlife habitat. Access is provided to the bottom parcel via Monroe Wilson Road, and the top parcel through the above property from Open Bayou Road. The two parcels do not currently have direct access to each other, but there is the possibility of creating access between the two via the northeast corner of the bottom tract, and the southwest corner of the top tract.
