This 26+/- acre tract consists of a 7-year-old pine plantation on approximately 20 acres with the remaining acreage in hardwood along a tributary of small beaver ponds spurring from Indian Creek. The current owner has developed more than a mile of ATV accessible trails and shooting lanes as well as painting and clearing the boundary lines to insure easy visibility. Deer populations are fair to good from trail cam photos and the owners feedback. Hogs don't frequent the property regularly but are in the area. This property is in close proximity to the Winn Ranger District of the Kisatchie National Forest, increasing the number of recreational opportunities. Itta Lake, Nantachie Lake, Saline River, and the Red River are also in the general area for additional fishing opportunities. Some homesite/camp potential exist with the easement in place.
