The Loutre Bayou Tract 03019-03302 is a 60 acre tract of timberland located in northwestern Union Parish, about seven miles east of Spearsville, LA North 32.942865, West 92.488281. Bayou D'Loutre, a Louisiana scenic atural river, runs through the the property. The majority of the property was harvested/cleared during the summer of 2019 only a small portion of timber remains as stream-side buffer zone along Loutre Bayou. According the Usda Nrcs web soil survey, the property is based upon predominately luka-Dela complex soil along with Bienville loamy fine sand, which give the property a weighted average site index rating for Loblolly Pine and Water Oak of 99.7 feet base age 50.
