This is a hunting, and recreational property for a family or partners. You can walk in and start hunting successfully right away, Beautiful 3 BR and 3 BA camp on 31.3 acres + or - acres with one share in Diamond Island Plantation Gun Club Around 2,300 + or - total acres owned in total by the club. The land has some of the best deer if not the best hunting in Louisiana. The property is located in Madison Parish adjoining the Mississippi River on the east side and Davis Island is on the south side separated by the Palmyra Chute. On the other side of the river is the city of Vicksburg, MS. There is also a convenient store under 10 miles away from the house that has gas, food, an array of adult beverages, and a Subway. You can be at a Walmart in less than 20 minutes/. The 1800 square foot house built in 2014 with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, is elevated with plenty of shelved storage and parking underneath. The property consists of a few lots that gives the owner their own space and privacy and the acreage of 31.3 + or - acres does consist of water rights which extend out into the Mississippi River. The camp has a fireplace, a 500 gallon propane tank, and sewage system septic tank. The property also has a spacious barn with 2 electrical winches for cleaning deer with a slab foundation with a drainage system for easy clean up. The house and barn has public water and utilities. Two shares includes 71+ or - box stands. Each share allows two trophy deer as defined in the Club's bylaws. The number of cull bucks and does harvested will be determined by the Biologist. There is also excellent fishing on and near the Mississippi River. Property is very secure, behind a coded locked gate. The Club has also discussed flooding 2 duck holes for members this upcoming season. This is a recreational paradise with unbelievable numbers of trophy deer, turkey, ducks, rabbits, squirrels and other small game.

Diamond Island is a club where the membership owns all the land together. The entire property is open to all members and the membership fees are capped at annually.

You will be able to buy the camp and the shares and go directly to the stands and easily see deer on your first hunt. All food plots and stands are meticulously taken care of. You will see deer and kill deer at all stands.

The gates and layout of the club creates a safe environment for all members. There is no outlawing, and any incidents have been quickly resolved.
