The Quonset building is approximately 50 feet long, by 20 feet wide, and well over 20 feet tall. The building is made of corrugated steel with an excellent concrete floor and wide roll-up door on the front of the building. There is also a separate smaller concrete pad on the Northside of the building that was made to hold two 500 gallon propane tanks to heat the building with a fixed-line that connects to the building. There are two livestock structures with one having several stalls for a range of different animals, and the other just having one larger stall and a separate feeding area. There are no other utilities currently at the property. Electric service is available at State Hwy 95, but water and sewer are not available. The fact that the land is located far outside of any city limits means that there are no building codes or zoning applied to this area. This gives you lots of freedom in your options for how you want to live. If you're going to be off-grid and self-sufficient, then you can do that here. You can be totally off-grid with no utilities at all, catch rainwater, use a composting toilet, etc. However, if you want to live a more modern lifestyle, you can run the electric to the property, drill a water well, install some form of septic, and whatever other luxuries you'd like or any kind of living in-between.
