Welcome to the Country Land Store. My name is Billy Rogers. My goal is to provide you with great land at affordable prices with easy financing. I own all the properties listed here – I’m not a realtor or broker. Investing in land and rental properties is my full time job. I grew up in a rural area in Southeast Texas and later attended the University of North Texas where I received a Bachelors Degree and later a Master’s Degree in Finance. After college, I worked in the finance industry for several large companies including Fidelity Investments and Chase bank. Later I transitioned from finance into IT and worked as a software developer at the Federation of State Medical Boards for nine years before finally leaving and starting this company. I’ve loved looking at maps since I was little kid and like to take walks and hikes in the outdoors especially in state and national parks.
