The year around creek is along the entire west side of the property!

This sort of irregular parcel (see map), is 420 feet on the west side, and about 1000 feet east to west and tapers to a point. The south line is the easement road so there is access to the back of the property also. The parcel is approximately 7 acres, and has a great building site overlooking the creek and another on top of the hill overlooking the valley. The site near the creek has an unfinished cabin on it and near it is an old building in poor condition.

Taxes run about a year!! The land is mostly wooded with mixed timber but was logged of some of the White Oak two years ago so there are some trails and clearings.

Willow Springs is a very friendly small town of about 2500 with a great school system, many churches, library, banks lots of shopping, three clinics, a dentist, two theater guilds, a walking track, a city pool with water side and much more.
