There are a lot of deer and wild turkey on this property. I see them just about every time I go out there.

The cabin was built about five years ago and added on to the last two years so it is about 24 by 16 with a nice loft and a bedroom overlooking the valley to the south. There is also a nice outhouse included as well as a goat barn and chicken coop. There is no electric or water. The previous occupants used solar for their electric, but took the panels with them. This would be a fun weekend get-away and a great hunting/recreation cabin as well as a very private year around home.


County Road “W” comes in from the Northwest off Missouri 95 and Forest Service Road 467 goes back to the property. The beautiful Bryant River is about 12 miles south. The nearest larger town is Mountain Grove which is on US Highway 60 and Missouri 95, about 16 miles away. The town near the land is Vanzant which is about 4 miles away. It has a cafe/ grocery store/ gas station. The access into the property is in pretty good condition. The private road on the land is called Dove Mountain Road and is a permanent deeded easement. The north boundary of Parcel #3 is Dove Mountain Road. The National Forest is to the east just 660 feet. There is an easement along the north side of the property(Dove Mountain Road) to allow access to and through the National Forest. The main road back to the land from “W” is Forest Service Road 467.
