I was able to walk all four corners of the property easily and the land was mostly flat. The area was covered with grasses and a few shrubs, but nothing else. Cell phone signal was excellent with 4-5 bars (Verizon).

The land is flat and was fairly easy to get to. The area is flat and would be easy to build upon, but would need to be off-grid.

Zoning: SD Residential - One single-family dwelling or one modular or mobile home per parcel. No minimum square footage. Mobile homes are allowed.

Camping/RVs: Camping is allowed. no time limit. If you want to live year round in your RV you need to have an approved septic system from the Dept of Health.
