The property can be accessed off Interstate 40 at the Winslow Exit mile marker 252. You drive over paved roads for about 2 miles and then over good dirt roads next to a railroad track for 3 miles. There is a fence line along the northern portion of the property that may be modified to include a gate. Other owners have already modified in front of their properties and you may use one that is 1 mile East of the property should you choose not to make your own. Past this entrance the roads are good until the last one or so mile to the property. There are several areas where having a high clearance vehicle will be recommended. Property taxes are less than a year. There is cell phone service on the property.
