Build Your House, Cabin, Tiny House, Or RV Or Camp In This Beautiful Area
These are lots 72,73,74,75,76, and 77 of the beautiful rural undeveloped subdivision of Scholarship Estates in Apache County, Arizona. These are adjoining lots, all side by side along the road. Each lot is approximately 1.25 acres, for a total of 7.5 acres. You can build on each lot if you choose to do so, or none, or anything in between.
They are just over two miles from the intersection of US Highway 91 and Arizona Highway 61 in eastern Arizona. The Witch Well Tavern is located at that intersection. The road going past these properties was re-graded a few years ago. When the subdivision was laid out the lots were marked with pins.
The lots are just north of County Road N7200.
Apache County is tiny house friendly. They have a progressive tiny house building code and are reputed to be reasonably flexible.
