Hi, I’m Tony Steier, founder of Land Turtle Properties. I’m a husband, a father, and a former medical professional who spent over a decade working in emergency medicine. Like many, the challenges of working through Covid left me burned out and searching for a new path. That turning point led me back to something simple but powerful—land. When my family and I bought our first home on a few acres in southwest Virginia, I discovered the freedom, security, and independence that comes with owning your own piece of the earth. That experience lit a fire in me. I believe everyone should have the chance to experience that same peace of mind and possibility. In 2023, I started Land Turtle Properties with a clear mission: to make land ownership simple, easy, and affordable. Whether you’re buying or selling, my focus is on providing exceptional service built on honesty, transparency, and respect.
