Hello I am Brayden Welch, born in Jonesboro, Arkansas. I have a wife, Robin Welch, who is an Insurance Agent with Backroads Insurance Company that is also associated with the Mossy Oak Properties office in Cave City. I have 3 children and we live in Cave City, AR. After growing up on a farm with my parents I realized that the outdoors is where I want to be! As a child I drove tractor, watered rice and beans along with all other jobs that comes with being a farmer. I am also a hunter which comes with me enjoying the outside! I have grown up working along side my parents all my life and feel like helping buyers and sellers is what I love. I was a first time homebuyer in 2020 and the process was overwhelming in the beginning with me not knowing where to start. Thankfully I had my parents there to guide me along the way and the process was so easy. This is one thing I will enjoy is helping young adults in the first time home buying or first time farmer loan process!
