Jeffrey Oltjendiers : Mossy Oak Properties of Texas - Picosa Creek Realty

Jeffrey Oltjendiers @ Mossy Oak Properties of Texas - Picosa Creek Realty

Jeff grew up fishing, fishing and more fishing. Although he was raised in a rural area, it was on his own initiative as a teenager to start hunting, ranching and hay baling. Before he graduated from Floresville High School, he already had a reputable hay baling business. After graduating from Texas A&M University, fightin’ Texas Aggie class of ’97, Jeff worked as a foreman on a ranch in Calvert, TX, an hour north of College Station while his wife and high school sweetheart Julie finished her degree. In 1999, they bought the local barbecue restaurant and established a reputation for great barbecue. After 17 years, Lazy J Bar-B-Q was leveled by a tornado and Jeff, who had already been in real estate a decade, turned to real estate full time and has never looked back. Jeff has volunteered his time in his community with the Floresville Volunteer Fire Department serving as first assistant fire chief, the Wilson County ESD #5 Fire and Rescue serving as board president, the ACTS community serving as director, and the Wilson County Shooting Sports Club serving as coach. Jeff has also been supportive of Sacred Heart Church, his alma mater Sacred Heart School, Knights of Columbus and Wilson County Junior Livestock Show. Jeff, his wife Julie and their four children love to hunt, fish, shoot, and spend time outdoors. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate. He thinks the world would be a better place if everyone would live life outdoors.
