Steve Bilicek was raised on his family farm and ranch on the Upper Gulf Coast of Texas. His real world experience as a farmer, rancher, and land-owner gives him the practical knowledge and experience that is unrivaled in the real estate business. The focus of Steve’s business is Texas, but he has also assisted customers with ranches in the Mountain West states. Steve has successfully connected buyers and sellers with quality farm and ranch real estate properties for over 30 years. Steve has a passion for the outdoors and grew up hunting and fishing along the Texas Gulf Coast and he spent many a day roaming the banks of the Colorado River in search of big fish, ducks, and trophy deer. Steve graduated with a Masters Degree in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University in 1988 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A & M University in 1987. Steve began his real estate career as a real estate appraiser, and he is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute with the MAI designation. His hands on experience on his family farm coupled with his appraisal background has Steve uniquely qualified as a farm and ranch real estate expert. Steve began his own real estate business in 1992 with the focus of his brokerage being land, farm, ranch, and hunting properties. Steve is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) and the current president of the Texas Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute.
