Eric is a third generation Arkansan, who has worked all over the state in different roles. Personal land transactions ignited a passion to help more people experience land ownership. "There is nothing else like it. Land ownership instills feelings that are hard to describe but easy to identify once realized." I am motivated to help people in moving through the process. I have worked personally on my own land with CRP, riparian buffers, pond building, crops, hay, mineral rights, easements, timber harvesting, and hunting property management.
