Jesse was born in Mississippi and resides near Vaiden, MS in Carroll County where he has lived for most of his life. He is married with two children and is a member of the Baptist Church in Vaiden. Jesse came from an Engineering and Land Surveying background and worked for the MS Dept. of Transportation for more than 30 years on many large scale multi-million dollar construction projects with engineering oversight. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University in 1979. Jesse attained his Professional Civil Engineers License in 1984 and his Professional Land Surveyors License in 1985. He is now a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of MS and is a REALTOR member both locally and nationally. Jesse is also a member of the Mississippi Association of Professional Land Surveyors known as M.A.P.S. Jesse loves to hunt and fish in his spare time and mainly just loves getting out into the great outdoors.
