This is a great opportunity to hunt bull elk during the rut and big mule deer bucks during the rut with a rifle in Colorado's unit 5. The ranch is currently enrolled in the Ranching for Wildlife program as part of the Snake River Ranch unit and has 4 bull elk vouchers and 2 mule deer vouchers associated with the property. An owner could either use these vouchers for their own personal use or the outfitter will purchase them from the owner for each. There are small pockets filled with serviceberry bushes and aspen trees to provide great cover for game. On the east side there are much larger groves of aspen trees and cover. This property is very secluded and private as it has 2 mountains on it consisting of Camel Back Mountain and Bible Back Mountains. This property backs up to BLM lands on 2 sides but the bulk of the hunting in the area is on this property! I have personally been on the property multiple times seeing very large mule deer bucks and hearing multiple bull elk bugling in the month of September with no pressure! This property is located 3 miles from the Wyoming border and the east end backs up to the Routt County line. The topography on this ranch varies tremendously throughout from rolling hills to steep mountain sides making this a great hunting property. The hunting isn't the only thing this ranch has to offer, it features good grass for grazing cattle in the summer months. If you call yourself a hunter and your goal is to find an ultimate hunting property, this ranch is one of the best on the market hands down!!
