The camps are surrounded by 500,000 acres of protected lands, yet only 20 miles from Millinocket and 30 miles from I-95. Accommodations include 4 cabins, a bunkhouse that sleeps 18, plus the main lodge that seats 35. The 3.5 acres with 500’ of frontage on Pemadumcook Lake, established clientele, AT hikers, canoeing trips, fishing, hunting and snowmobiling with the trails right from the property. The property has southern exposure, veggie gardens, apple trees, and endless wildlife frequenting the property. The property offers float plane access or reach the property by vehicle, boat, snowmobile, or ATV.
