Land Description

Arizona Rancheros is an underdeveloped subdivision in Navajo County, in northern Arizona. It is close to Holbrook and only 30 minutes from Snowflake. Build your permanent residence, vacation home, visit for outdoor recreation, or keep it as a savvy property investment.

This property is Arizona Rancheros, Unit 99, Lot 50.

The subdivision is bordered by more than 10,000 acres of state-owned and BLM (Bureau of Land Management) land, providing easy access to hiking, hunting, fishing, and many other outdoor adventures. Its some of the highest ground in the entire area, excluding the mountains.

This is a large approximately 1.25 acre property and it is in the scenic and quiet northern part of the subdivision.

This property is at some of the highest elevation in the subdivision. The long view to the south as the elevation gradually decreases is breathtaking. The scenic Hennessy Buttes are about a mile away to the northeast. You will be less than 1/4 mile from the northern border of the subdivision, and less than 1/3 mile from state owned land.

This is a great spot for your dream off grid residence, or for occasional vacations to get away from it all while you hold your property for investment. You will enjoy the peace and the scenery.

There are road easements which have not been graded in since there is hardly anyone around. You can leave them as they are and wear them in by driving on them, or improve them.

Utilities have not been run this far out, this is remote off grid ranch land. About the only activity around here is ranching, and you will see wandering herds of antelope. The area is unspoiled and beautiful, with long tremendous views to the south.

You will enjoy your tremendous views down into the Painted Desert and the legendary mineralization of the region.

Zoned Ag-1. Camping and RVs are allowed on an occasional basis while you hold your property for investment. If you decide to build, conventional homes, mobiles, and modulars are fine.

You will need to have your property paid off in full before you apply for a building permit, that is a county requirement.

Only about 18% of county land falls under individual and corporate ownership. The rest is owned by Native American Reservations, the U.S. Forest Service, the Bureau Of Land Management, and the State of Arizona.

Land this cheap is increasingly difficult to find. You should buy now before the price inevitably goes up.

We do not run credit checks. Everyone qualifies for the same financing. With an initial payment of $294 we will finance the balance for as little as $71.57 per month over 4 years. Or you can choose to pay cash instead of financing, and receive a 10% cash discount.
