Directions to Land

From Interstate 10 and the county seat of Sierra Blanca, you will drive north on paved FM Road 1111 for about 18 miles to 31.418222 -105.349375.

At the Gunsight Ranch sign, you will turn left on Gunsight Ranch Road and follow the maintained gravel road straight west.

2 miles later you will cross a cattle guard.

4.25 miles later at 31.432750 -105.447881 do not take the fork to the right, instead continue straight ahead west.

About 30 yards later you will cross another cattle guard, this is the entrance point to Gunsight Ranch.

From the cattle guard entrance continue straight and drive west another 1.92 miles.

At 31.432833 -105.480981 take the bend to the left, heading southwest and drive for 0.22 mile.

At 31.430606 -105.480981 make a left onto Cheyenne Road (This turn may not be obvious, there should be a post where you turn.) and drive south for about almost 7 miles. Near the end of that distance you will come to a fence and the road will bend to the left.

About 0.67 mile later at 31.346950 -105.468572 the northeast corner of Lot 10 will be 0.54 mile south of you.
