Needle Creek Ranch

Land Description

The Needle Creek Ranch is situated in the Tomichi Creek valley with 600 +/- deeded acres, irrigated hay meadows, living and working improvements and access to thousands of acres of public land for recreation.

Needle Creek Reservoir is located just south of the property and provides irrigation water to the property. There are 200 +/- irrigated acres and historically only half has been hayed and the other half serves as irrigated pasture. The hay meadows are surrounded by a high-fence to prevent wildlife damage.

The ranch has a comfortable home, equipment shops, barn, corrals and covered livestock sheds. The property is access off of a maintained county road south of Highway 50.
