Hunting rights will be granted under the land contract once at least has been paid toward the principal of the purchase price. There is a 4 hunters restriction on the property while under loan contract. After the property is paid off and ownership is transferred, then it is entirely up to you.

There are no building restrictions, no zoning, no Homeowners Association, no Property Owners Association, and you are not required to build. You are allowed to raise horses and other animals. There are no utilities available.

Mule deer, quail, dove, and javelina are common in the area. Big horn sheep and mountain lion are in the mountains.

There are no restrictions and Mobile Homes, Modular Homes, Cabins, and RV's are all allowed.

Hunting rights cannot be rented, leased, or sold. The property owner (or contract holder) must be present when they are used. While a property is under contract, after the minimum amount has been paid toward the loan principal, hunting rights will be issued annually on request. These hunting rights are printed on special paper with a raised seal and must be carried by the contract holder while hunting. No business or commercial activity or any sort is allowed involving a property under loan contract.
