Hudspeth County is one of our favorite places. It's situated in far west Texas between El Paso County to the west and Culberson County to the east. This is a beautiful area. The air is clean, the water is clear, and there is basically no pollution and no crime here. The sunsets are as beautiful as you will ever see. The night sky is so clear you will be amazed by how many stars you can see.
The attitude is very much "live and let live". In the rural areas where most of our properties are located you are free to build or not build as you see fit. If you want to camp on your land, or park an RV, have a mobile home, prefabricated home, tiny home, etc., you are free to do so. There is no property owners association or home owners association. There are subdivision covenants, linked on our website. The climate is mild and dry, with an average minimum temperature of 30 degrees in January and an average maximum of 94 degrees in July.
You will have views of Sierra Blanca, the Quitman Mountains and the Guadalupe Mountains.
El Paso Ranchettes is an undeveloped subdivision about 38 miles east of El Paso. It is about 13 1/2 miles northwest of Fort Hancock, and 15 miles east of Fabens. Interstate Highway 10 is about eight miles to the south. The famous Cattleman's Steakhouse and Indian Cliffs Ranch are only about ten miles away.

You can camp here, RV, live off grid, or just hold the property for investment. There are no available utilities in this area. If you decide to build your home in this quiet and scenic area, you will probably choose solar power. For water you will use haulage/storage unless you decide that a water well is the right option for you.
