As long as you keep up your payments thereafter you will continue to enjoy these rights, and when you have paid the property off you will have those hunting rights forever, as well as ownership of a gorgeous tract of land in the ranch. What memories you will share around the campfire at the end of the day. You can just visit to hunt, camp, or otherwise enjoy the area, or you can build your dream off-grid camp, cabin, tiny house, or full-sized home.

Animals on the ranch include mule deer, antelope, quail, feral hogs, aoudad big horn sheep, javelina, coyote, and mountain lion.

This tremendous property is Gunsight Ranch, Block 23, Section 22, Tract 2. It is located along the northern border of Gunsight Ranch near the middle. When you enter Gunsight Ranch at its northeast corner, this property is about 4.8 miles directly in front of you.

There are watering holes located throughout the area. In this case, there is a watering hole about 50 yards from the property and another one about 500 yards away.

This is a great spot to camp while you have the times of your lives. You can also build your off grid cabin, home, or tiny home. It's a substantial amount of acreage in a beautiful scenic area.

Your views will be incredible, the nearby mountains and buttes are gorgeous.

All Gunsight Ranch properties have access easements. None are landlocked. As for ease of access, it is up to the buyer to determine whether a given property meets their needs. Some of these properties will have frequently used trail roads, some will require a bit of cross country driving. For each property we provide a link to Google Maps so that you see them from above in satellite view. We have not been to the individual properties. You can, if you desire to do so, grade in along any access easement. In the case of this property it looks like there is a nice trail road to it. This is a remote area and there are no available utilities.

Note

Hunting rights cannot be rented, leased, or sold. The property owner (or contract holder) must be present when they are used. While a property is under contract, after the minimum amount has been paid toward the loan principal, hunting rights will be issued annually on request. These hunting rights are printed on special paper with a raised seal and must be carried by the contract holder while hunting. No business or commercial activity or any sort is allowed involving a property under loan contract.

With an initial payment of down payment + document fee) we can finance the balance for as little as per month over 15 years. We do our own financing, we do not hire a loan company or report to a credit bureau. We do not run credit checks, everyone qualifies for financing.
