The building has a 30'x26 roll up door on one side and 12'x16 door on the other side with LED UFO lights that are set up for multiple use applications. 11,500 square feet storage building w/ 2,200 square feet concrete floor, the remainder is road base. This building is equipped with 400 Amp 120/208 3-phase electrical service expandable to 800 amps. One electrically powered oversized garage door, and one manual chain hoist garage door. - 2021- Separate west pivot- Potatoes estimated at 350 sacks per acre

-2022- Separate west pivot and north/middle pivot- Pea/Oat Hay on approximately 350 acres at 2.0 tons per acre

- 2023- 2023- The Company has leased the north and middle pivots for the 2023 growing season to a local farming group for potato production. In addition, with additional water availability, the Company intends to grow hay on the West Pivot.

Water/Mineral Rights & Natural Resources

New Zimmatic - 7 tower sprinkler that will irrigate 128.94 acres in full circle installed in 2020, three Lockwood sprinkler pivots on the other fields, One - 550 GPM irrigation well permit 19997-Rf, 1 - Domestic well Permit 144565 and 1 - well for the house. There are concrete ditches and underground pipelines servicing the holding ponds eservoirs to the pivots. Approximately 495 acres under pivot, 40 acres M/L along Hwy 159 has underground pipe and risers for gated pipe utilized for additional flood irrigation if one desires to use on acerage not under pivots.
