We are pleased to offer one of the most pristine ranch and recreational properties that we have seen in a long time. This ranch is knee deep in native and improved grasses with plenty of established timber to hold those large Custer County whitetails that this area is known for. This property has a pond located on it that has seen its share of drought conditions. The property has a CRP contract on some of the improved grasses that must stay in the program until fall of 2023.
