Note on Access: You will need a dirt bike or 4x4 to get to this property. in the overhead pictures taken by the photographer, there are dirt roads, however this video and these pictures were taken during the summer time and since the roads are not maintained in any way and the access is basically two tracks, I am making no representations or guarantees that these will be there all year long.

The land is 100% undeveloped. In other words, if it rains, like all property in the surrounding area, it can become marshy. If it is very hot, it will be hot. No type of pest control has been done, so like most areas with vacant land, there are snakes on the land.

Again, the dirt road is not maintained by the county, so just be aware that it might not be drivable depending on weather conditions. The property does not have any utilities on it.

SURVEY: Before building a fresh survey will need to be done. I am not sure whether or not the pins are still in place at this property so to be on the safe side, it will need a survey.

Basically this is being sold as a "handyman special." It is being sold at a low price because I am an absentee owner and the previous owner was an absentee owner. I strongly doubt the owner before that even visited the property. So you get the idea.
