I prefer to sell for a cash price of $16,999. However if you prefer making payments, I can finance you for $18,999 with at least $500 as a down payment plus a $299 doc fee. Take Interstate highway 5 north past the town of Yreka (almost to the state line). Exit Henley-Hornbrook and go east on the road fronting the Klamath River. Go to the bridge and turn right. This is Ager Road take it to Ager-Beswick Rd then over to Desavado and turn left. Go up to Whitepines and turn another left. Go to Flamingo and turn left. The property in question is about a few hundred feet down on the right.
