Listed is a 200kw solar power generating property with a single family home present on the property. The home included on the property is currently a rental with an one year agreement in place. Owner would be willing to subdivide out the residence from the solar farm if requested.
The Solar Farm generates electrical power and is tied to Tri-State Electric Membership Corporation, which is linked to the Tennessee Valley Authority.
An ongoing, transferable written agreement is in place in 10 year increments where the power generated, is sold to the Utility at a premium.
This solar farm generates $62,000-64,000 annually in power income. Tracking history output performance is available upon request.
These 28 arrays are a dual axis setup where they are vertical at sunrise facing the east, flattening out during the midday sun, and vertically following the sun into the west, afterwards returning to the east for the next day to start the process again.
