Land Description

What a unique property. This land is situated 30 min. south of the Petrified Forest National Park, 1.5 hrs north-east of the Apache Sitgraves National Forest, and 2 hours north-west of the Gila National Forest. If you are here for the outdoors and nature, you are in the right place. Biking, camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, rock and mineral collecting, water sports, climbing, horse riding, exploring the unsettled, is surrounding you. If you aren't that adventurous but love the picturesque landscape of Arizona there are scenic drives, picnicking, the Cosmic Campground International Dark Sky Sanctuary with some of the most amazing star gazing, and tours of all kinds. (I suggest the cave dwellings) You have the mountain ranges, desert valley, buttes, geologic rock formations all for your viewing pleasure.

Speaking of location...This quiet retreat sits on desert land with all the privacy and seclusion you are seeking. Minimize the people, noise, light, hustle, and chaos...add more YOU time with blue skies all day and the starry night all evening. You can escape it all here. But...if you are like me and need an over priced latte, a shopping mall, and restaurant occasionally, you are smack dab in the middle of Phoenix and Albuquerque. Less than 4 hours and you are in a major city. Flagstaff is just 2.25 hours west but you don't have to go that far to get all the supplies you need. If all that city talk is giving you anxiety, you can drive the 4.5 miles to St. John for all the necessities and amenities needed. St. John has an overly friendly population of 3,500 and everything needed for your off-grid living.

Did I say off-grid? Yep. You will definitely be able to unwind out here. So many option out here for you regardless of whether you are pulling the camper out for short stays or building your cabin for the long haul. I do know that once your here, you won't want to go back and you will never want to pay a campground fee or rent a cabin in a crowded park again. Make sure to pack your lounge chair, a good book, and some sunscreen. Ahhhhhh.

This won't last long because of the location. Make this yours for or take advantage of owner financing for down and a month for 72 months.
