Mostly 6 point bulls and cow elk have been harvested with an occasional 7x7, and some very nice mule deer bucks harvested and the odd monster occasionally spotted. Public access trout streams are within a mile, and thousands of acres of hiking, Atv, and mountain biking trails adjoin the property. One of the partners especially enjoys riding his ATV on the nearby trails and says, An ATV ride to remember is the 12 plus mile ride past fishable streams and quaking aspen to the above tree line summit of Boot Mountain.
