Property to be offered in 3 tracts of land comprised of two 100± acre tracts and a 158.46± acre tract. The sites combined have frontage totaling 4,800’± on Burrus Ln. a two lane rural highway. The site is fully wooded and approximately 30% of the soil is considered prime farmland, Class 11B Kempsville-Emporia.
