Land Description

This property consists of approximately 240 acres of native  grassland and CRP nestled in a remote location surrounded by crops and endless habitat for deer, upland game, turkey, and Kansas wildlife.  If you are looking for a prime piece to harvest trophy deer year after year, this is the piece.  This property is located within 15 minutes of Stockton, KS and is off the beaten path which is why the wildlife potential is incredible.  There are mature shelter belts, tall CRP and grass, and also countless draws and cuts that are frequented regularly by the deer, turkeys, and pheasant.  This property is enrolled in the stat CRP program and has some current crop production, so it is producing income.  Also included with this property is full mineral rights which adds to more potential return along with the recreation.
