The Collins Ranch of Wallace County, Kansas is located at the intersection of Roads 26 & 2 in northeast Wallace County. The ranch contains 616 acres of bottomland and grass and 132 acres of CRP. Lake Creek crosses the southeast corner of the headquarters and cuts the entire south 157 acres from northwest to southeast. The ranch headquarters consists of numerous outbuildings highlighted by a 54 x 108 equipment shop and a 1660 sq ft 3 bedroom home in good condition. The farmstead is surrounded by a large established shelter belt. The exterior buildings, working facilities, metal corrals and leanto shelters are well kept and very serviceable. There are two small open ponds on Lake Creek with bass and catfish. Wild turkey, dove, upland game, whitetailed, mule deer and antelope are plentiful with trophy potential. The ranch has 30% + bottomland and is well watered. This is one of the prettiest small ranches in Western Kansas.
