Location:  Vann Ranch is located 90 miles from the DFW Metroplex just outside of Corsicana, Texas. The ranch has county road frontage on CR2120 and CR2130. 12 miles SW of Corsicana 47 miles SW of Waco Water:   One of the most outstanding features is the amount of water on the ranch.
