Mack on the date of 2-13-1928, thence from said point still in a Southwesterly direction along the Southeasterly line of said 50 foot road a distance of 154.5 feet to a point, said point being in a line with the dividing line between logs 16 and 17 of said Block 1 and at a distance of 350 feet Northwesterly from Jefferson Avenue, measured along said line; thence Southeasterly along said dividing line as extended a distance of 215 feet to the point of beginning; situated in the City of Alton in the County of Madison and the State of Illinois.
