ORDER OF Auction: According to Jefferson County, Kansas the total land being offered is 353+/- acres, and is being offered in (4) individual tracts. This allows a buyer the opportunity to purchase individual tracts which fit their agricultural operation or investment portfolio. Farms are offered individually only.
TRACT 1: is 136+/- acres with row crop land, native pasture, ponds, Stone House Creek, homesites, and hunting activities. See FSA info details about crop yields, base acres, etc. The property is accessed by State Hwy 59 or county roads on all sides.
TRACT 2: is 45+/- acres of mostly row crop land with Stone House Creek running along the west side of the property. It is accessed by State Hwy 59 on the east and 21st St., on the north. See FSA info details about crop yields, base acres, etc. This tract will also offer hunting activities.

FSA Information: According to the Jefferson County, Kansas Farm Services Agency (Fsa), Tracts 1, 3, and 4 are in a combined farming unit with an additional section of land. In the event the buyer desires a survey of any tract of land, it shall be at the buyers sole cost.
