There is a platted road easement along the west side of the property, but it has not been graded in. It looks to us on Google Earth like Lot 891 used to be accessed via trail road from the east, as described in the driving directions.

Turn right onto 3000 W and drive north for 0.48 mile.
Turn left onto 4075 N and drive west for 2.54 miles.
Turn right at 40.325342 -110.095485.
81 yards later follow the bend to the left heading roughly west.
160 yards later turn right heading roughly north.
0.28 mile later at 40.330231 -110.097470 it looks like there used to be a trail road heading
roughly west.
Lot 891 is 0.2 mile away.
