Access The ranch can be accessed via two separate entrances one on the west side off Netherly Lane and one on the east off Dye Mound Road. The west entrance offers approximately 3,080 feet of all-weather caliche road frontage for convenient access. The east entrance off Dye Mound provides an additional 1,081 feet of road frontage. Both entrances feature automatic pipe gates with keypads for secure access.
Topography The land features rolling terrain with elevation changes of approximately 230 feet. The highest point of the ranch is along the east side of the property, offering stunning views. From there, the land slopes down into Jones Valley, which continues as it exits the ranch on the south.
Terrain Jones Valley Ranch features a well-balanced landscape, with approximately 50 wooded areas and 50 open pastures. Tree cover is primarily post oak, along with a mix of native species including elm, pecan, cottonwood, willow, hickory, and cedar. The property includes two fenced pastures the East Pasture at 160 acres and the West Pasture at 182 acres. A cross fence between the two pastures allows for rotational grazing.
