Travel South from the East Wells Exit 19 miles. There is a well groomed road that heads East. This road is good enough for any vehicle. Follow that road 4.9 miles and you will see a road that heads South. This road is best travelled with a high clearance vehicle or an ATV. The property is about 1 mile south of the main road.
