This property has easy access via a paved county road. The roadside area of the property is flat sloping downhill from east to west, but it does increase in elevation to the south. There are power lines adjacent to the property but I did not view any water access. It would only require tree removal and some grading to the south for camping/building. There is a home to the west and further down to the east. The area is very secluded. I received 3 bars of Verizon cellular service on site.
