The White Rock Creek Tract has 1,200 feet of HWY 7 frontage. The tract has two big hills and the elevation on the tract ranges from 340' to 420'. The center of the tract is bisected by a 1,600' portion of White Rock Creek. The majority of the tract approximately 75 acres is 13 year old loblolly pine plantation. The rest of the tract is in the White Rock Creek bottom, hardwood streamside buffers, and HWY 7 aesthetic zones.
