The acreage consists of two 160-Acre and two 80-acre parcels, all located just north of Grants Pass and within ten miles of I-5. These properties hold a significant amount of merchantable timber an estimated 5,183 MBF of total volume of which 2,827 MBF is estimated to be Douglas-fir.
