The feed systems are Choretime & Cumberland, the drinkers Lubing, and the natural gas heat is provided with tube heat (five houses) and quad brooders (one house). Rural water is the primary water source, along with a well and water storage tanks. Two generators provide an emergency power source.

There is an office building, as well as a very nice 40'x50' shop (with lean to) and another storage building on the property.

Extra equipment included with this farm is: Deutz Ag Co 65 4WD tractor (with front loader), a Kubota B6200 4WD (with rear tiller), Kelly KMC de-caker, KMC 4400 washer.
