Camp Stony Creek
10 West Tucker Rd : Stony Creek, NY 12878
Warren County, New York

Land Description
Located in the southeastern Adirondacks, this camp in Stony Creek, NY offers lots of potential for outdoor lovers. Used by current owners as a family getaway and for hunting, the off-grid camp was remodeled in 2016 by adding a 16' x 24' open room design with knotty pine interior and a metal roof next to the existing 12' x 15' structure. The camp features a kitchen area with propane gas range and sink. (The current owners used a rainwater system to capture water for washing.) Lights in the two camps are powered by propane and a generator. A propane, vent-free stove provides warmth and ambiance. The sleeping area has a bunk bed and two twins. Outdoors is a generator shed, outhouse and a firepit. The all-wooded acreage has a small stream running through and the property is located close to the 125,000-Acre Wilcox Lake state forest for hunting, hiking, paddling and fishing. The land also offers direct access to snowmobile trails. Located near Stony Creek and the Hudson River, the camp is also near the Great Sacandaga Lake and only a half hour from Lake George.
