This undeveloped subdivision is mostly flat to gently rolling. This is off grid, there are no utilities to this property. The area was formed by volcanoes back at the time when Hawaii was being formed. Here you will see the row of medium size volcano tops sticking up out of the forest. These are called The Chain of Craters. The Continental Divide runs up over the tops of these craters. This area contains a number of national parks, monuments, and mountains.
This property is residential/recreational. It was surveyed when the subdivision was laid out, and the corners were pinned. You will receive a copy of the survey map. There are no HOA fees. You are not required to build, you can do so if and when you want to. You will probably use rain catchment for water, and solar power. You can camp or RV as long as you like without restriction.
