I reactivated an old listing for these so it may show it has been on there for many days but was relisted in January of 2023. This is a view lot overlooking the Sequatchie Valley and to the Blue Ridge Mountains in Tennessee, Georgia, and North Carolina. See 3 states from your front porch and the Sequatchie Valley from the back. It has underground power and fiber optic internet. you can drill a well. App. 20 minutes to North Chattanooga and 4 miles from Hwy 111. A second lot is available next to this, lot 10 for Lot restrictions say you could have two houses here and there is no Hoa.
