Part of this area can be heated and cooled, this includes a meat locker that has been used for deer processing. Most of the land has mature hardwoods on it. This area is known for whitetail deer hunting. Gross annual income will range from to on 5 flocks per year. This complex recently swapped from a 9lb bird to the 7lb bird.
