Coming in you are on a bluff that extends to a T about a quarter mile in the property. Turning to the left or right you can follow the bluff along the bottom. Off of the bluff is a bottom that thick and full of all age hardwoods. The creek flows off the left side with pockets of water.

There is a small camp area with a cabin. Power is already at the edge of the property.
Recreation
Deer, ducks, turkey and wild hogs all are on the property during the year. The creek is full of fish and provides great habitat for ducks. Turkey and deer sign are all over the tract and hunters say when the water rises in the river a few miles away hogs make there way to the property.
